Hi! I’m Laura Fitzpatrick—designer, space-lover, marble enthusiast, scuba diver, Boston Terrier entertainer, and founder of Laura Fitzpatrick Design.
I’ve been rearranging rooms since I was tall enough to move a chair—starting in my family’s farmhouse in beautiful, seasonal Maine. Eventually, I traded snow boots for sunshine, headed to Southern California, earned my BFA, and turned a lifelong obsession with beautiful spaces into a full-blown design career.
Fast forward 20+ years, and I still get giddy over a stunning slab of marble or the perfect faucet. But what I really love? That moment when a client steps into their finished space and says, “Wait… this is my home?!” It never gets old.
I specialize in designing kitchens and bathrooms that don’t just look amazing—they live beautifully. Whether it’s a cozy cottage kitchen or a bold bathroom renovation, I bring creativity, smart solutions, and a whole lot of heart to every project.
I believe great design should feel exciting, not overwhelming. That’s why I make the process fun, collaborative, and flexible—yes, even the budget part!
When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me somewhere underwater with a scuba tank—or throwing a party for my Boston Terrier, who has no idea he’s not actually a human.
